Jen is passionate about giving the best patient care possible. She has been in customer service/management for over 20 years and strives to ensure that her team is well-versed in how to listen to patients, empathize with them, and offer them viable solutions. She enjoys building and maintaining relationships with clients and getting to know how to best support them and their patients.
Jen is happily married to her best friend, and she and her husband have 3 very entertaining children. In her spare time she loves to read, be out in nature, and watch true crime documentaries.
